TERMS OF USE


1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

Webmaster Appraisal provides a service where users make postings, which are then made available to the public in order to rate their value. By using the service you are complying with these terms of use. In addition, these terms are subject to change over time. Therefore, users should review the terms of use periodically. Webmaster Appraisal has the right to enforce the terms of use through community moderation and admin enforcement. We have the right to modify or remove content posted by users if we feel it breaks any terms.

2. CONTENT AND USER POSTINGS

You agree that you as the user, are responsible for any postings made. This includes items such as a domain, website, template, logo, message, or comment. You also understand that Webmaster Appraisal is not responsible for opinions and comments made by others.

Webaster Appraisal will terminate a user's access to the service, if the content is determined to to be inappropriate. In addition, we reserve the right to decide what is to be considered inappropriate, or unacceptable.

3. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

After registering an account with WebmasterAppraisal, user's first and last names are made public if they entered these fields upon signing up. Should the user wish to change this, they are able to hide this information from other users. They are also given the option to hide their e-mail address.

We will never send user information to third party organizations. In addition, we will never ask for person information such as phone number, address, credit card number, etc. If you spot any suspicious behavior where this happens, please report it to webmasterappraisal@gmail.com.

4. PERSONAL CONDUCT

You agree to not post anything that:

  • impersonates another person or entity (including WebmasterAppraisal staff, another user, or other public figures).
  • is unlawful, harassing, abusive, harmful
  • contains pornographic images
  • is deceitful, or false
  • has a copyright or trademark infringement
  • you have already previously posted. if the same website or domain has already been posted, users are expected to either delete or reopen the current posting.

    5. ADVERTISING / SPAM POLICY

    Aside from URLs submitted in a website or domain postings, you are not able to include additional links. Although one of our main services is to help webmasters and artists sell their work, we expect that these rules are followed, and that the service is not taken advantage of for purposes of advertisement.

    It is not acceptable for users to make multiple or repetitive posts. WebmasterAppraisal can deem this type of behavior as abusive, and remove the user's use of the service.
